Excerpt of the internal Joint Controller Agreement

of the Galperti Group

on the processing of personal data puruant art. 26 GDPR

 

In order to provide the data subject with as comprehensive and transparent a policy as possible of the methods for processing personal data by the Galperti Group, below is an excerpt of the Joint Controller Agreement pursuant to art. 26 GDPR, in force within the European Union, between:

Officine Nicola Galperti e Figlio S.p.A., in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, Tax Code and VAT number 00205990138, with registered office in Dervio (LC), at Via Enrico Fermi no. 46,

and

Galperti Engineering and Flow Control S.p.A., in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, Tax Code 00537320145 and VAT number 02266860135, with registered office in Colico (LC), at Via Prati della Rosa no. 17

and

Galperti Tech Forged Products S.p.A., in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, Tax Code and VAT number 03800290136, with registered office in Colico (LC), at Via Ombriano no. 14

And

FIAL – Finanziaria Industrie Alto Lario S.p.A., in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, Tax Code and VAT number 01351920135, with registered office in Dervio (LC), Via Enrico Fermi no. 6.

 

Relations between the joint data controllers

 

The companies Officine Nicola Galperti e Figlio S.p.A., Galperti Engineering and Flow Control S.p.A., Galperti Tech Forged Products S.p.A. and FIAL – Finanziaria Industrie Alto Lario S.p.A. are part of an Industrial Group that works in synergy with integrated processes.

 

Officine Nicola Galperti e Figlio S.p.A. processes exclusively personal data relating to and specific to its industrial activity.

Galperti Engineering and Flow Control S.p.A. processes exclusively personal data relating to and specific to its industrial activity.

Galperti Tech Forged Products S.p.A. processes exclusively personal data relating to and specific to its industrial activity.

 

FIAL – Finanziaria Industrie Alto Lario S.p.A. processes

a) personal data relating to and specific to its business activities;

b) personal data transmitted by Officine Nicola Galperti e Figlio S.p.A., by Galperti Engineering and Flow Control S.p.A and by Galperti Tech Forged Products S..p.A. in relation to the administrative, accounting and equity management of the Galperti Group.

 

Exercise of rights by the data subject

 

The Joint Controller Agreement envisages, among other things, that FIAL S.p.A.:

• is the party in charge of handling all the obligations related to communications to be made pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of the GDPR (information notices);
• is the subject delegated to all Galperti Group activities with reference to the exercise of the rights of data subjects regarding personal data.

Non-EU countries not subject to the GDPR

 

Whilst the Joint Controller Agreement has no legal significance outside the countries not subject to the GDPR rules, even outside the European Union the Galperti Group guarantees and ensures that your personal data are constantly processed in compliance with the local regulations in force on the subject of privacy and data protection and, however, always respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons regardless of their nationality and residence.
